Delivery conditions
Products marked as in stock are shipped no later than the next business day after placing the order. Call us before 3 p.m. if you want your order shipped on the day you place it.
If your order includes multiple products, they can be consolidated into fewer packages, and the original packaging will be removed.
DHL Parcel delivers most shipments. Delivery via DHL is possible for shipments up to 31kg. If the package, due to its dimensions, cannot be sent to a Parcel Machine, it will be sent by DHL to the delivery address from the order after prior confirmation with you.
If your order includes products marked “on backorder” you will receive information about the approximate delivery date.
Oversized products
Products weighing more than 31kg or whose longest side exceeds 175.00cm will be shipped as a pallet shipment and are not eligible for free delivery. Oversized shipments within Poland have a fixed price of 99.00 PLN. Oversize shipments to other EU countries are priced individually by our team. Oversized shipment costs may vary significantly between EU countries and, in some cases, are not accepted. Contact us before making a purchase.
Free shipping
To take advantage of free delivery, you must place an order with a value of more than 500,00 PLN for orders to an address in Poland or 499,00 EURO for orders to EU countries.
Returns
Products purchased from our store can be returned within 100 days from the date of purchase. The product must not be used or installed on the vehicle. If you do not have the original packaging or have attempted to install contact us. In most cases, we will be able to accept the return and/or offer a small fee for accepting the return.
The return shipment should be accompanied by a statement of withdrawal and your contact information.
It is not possible to return products made to your special order, including individually ordered products not available in our standard offer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, in the form in which you made the purchase.
